2 things that prove my blog post title:

1. My little cardboard fan that I got at last year’s folk life festival was a constant source of interest (and conflict) of she-who-is and the divine miss m on the 4th of July.

2. The little straw that I found to slip between my cast and my broken arm to get at the pesky itching was a constant source of interest (and conflict) of she-who-is and the divine miss m on Saturday.
